Sunbathing by Apulia’s most spectacular Sea Stacks

Torre di Sant'Andrea is one of the most beautiful and impressive coastal areas in southern Italy. Here, towering rock formations known as Faraglioni rise from the crystal-clear water, offering a spectacular panorama. This breathtaking coastline, with its arches and towers, not only provides fantastic photo opportunities but also several spots for swimming and snorkeling. Cliff diving and kayaking are also popular activities here.

The bay is rocky, so be sure to bring water shoes. Umbrellas cannot be anchored in the ground.

Parking:

  • Right next to the lighthouse of Torre Sant'Andrea, there is a parking lot that costs 1.50 euros per hour from June 1st to September 30th.
  • 500 meters from the coast, there is a large free parking lot.

Interesting facts:
Undoubtedly, the most impressive rock formation is the arch, known as the Lovers' Arch (Arco degli Inloves). It has become the symbol of this area and is a popular photo subject. A legend also tells of two sisters who were turned to stone in these waters.
